Release & Consent
For valuable consideration received, the adequacy of which is acknowledged, including Details Flowers, LLC (“Details”) capturing my likeness and my understanding that Details has and will expend substantial expenses and time in reliance upon this Release and Consent, I, the undersigned, grant to Details the unrestricted and irrevocable right to use my name, voice, and likeness including but not limited to photographs, audio recordings, or audiovisual recordings that Details has taken or may take of me or that I provide to Details (my “Likeness”). I grant Details Flowers and its successors, assigns, and designees the right to use, publish, and otherwise commercialize my Likeness in any manner it sees fit. I understand this right extends to the use of my Likeness in any media now or hereafter known throughout the universe and for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, trade, or any other purpose whatsoever, without restriction as to alteration.
I expressly consent to the unrestricted intentional or unintentional alteration of my Likeness and I waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve any work featuring my Likeness. I further release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless Details and its successors, assigns, and designees from any claims involving my Likeness, including without limitation any claims for libel or violation of any right of publicity or privacy.
I warrant that I am of legal age and have the right to contract in my name. This Release and Consent constitutes the entire agreement between Details and regarding my Likeness, and I am not relying on any other oral or written representations.
Any work featuring my likeness shall not be construed as a work of joint authorship, and if it should be deemed to be, I hereby transfer and assign all rights in such work to Details or its designee. I have read the above release and consent before its execution. I am thoroughly familiar with the contents of this document and intend for it to bind me, my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
