Details Direct is a marketplace built into Details Flowers Software that allows florists to order flowers and supplies directly from participating vendors. It connects event needs to real-time vendor inventory, making it easier to secure the products needed for your designs.
Yes! Details Direct connects directly with participating vendors, so you’ll see live inventory, pricing, and availability. For mixed boxes, you can click View Breakdown to see the exact assortment.
Using the left-hand panel, you can filter products by color, cost, or category. The search bar at the top lets you search by product name, category, or color.
You can toggle between views using the icon in the top right.
The Prebook Summary page shows any orders where products have been prebooked but not yet confirmed. It acts as a staging area so you can review vendor, pricing, and product details before committing.
The Order Summary page is your hub for all confirmed orders. It displays order numbers, arrival dates, totals, approval status, and vendor details in one place.
